“Game-Changing” Hitting Aid

Plus Use our Hitting Chart Sheet to Exploit The Weakness of Opposing Teams

Due the hysteria of “home run swing mechanics”, over the past 5-10 years, hitters developed obvious flaws in their swing.

As a result, we decided to created a Hitting Chart Cheat Sheet to highlight how easy it’s to exploit the weakness of opposition hitters… you can also use it to scout players on your team.

Technically, you can even do away with traditional, time-consuming hitting charts. Our free access Hitting Chart Cheat Sheet gives you all the answers you need to get hitters out… all day long.

Hitting Chart Cheat Sheet

  • Best pitch types and locations to help call the game from the dugout
  • Worst pitch types and locations to avoid an opposition slug-fest
  • Identify weakness of hitters by the way they follow through
  • Identify weakness by bat/throw combinations. For example R/R, R/L

Example 1: Hitting Chart Cheat Sheet

Let’s say you’ve a guy on your team who matches this description:

  • Under 6ft 3 in height
  • Bats and throws right R/R
  • Use a top-hand release follow through
  • Doesn’t stand on top of the plate
  • Average bat speed

From this information we know the following:

  • Your player struggles to hit in deep contact zones, regardless of location, for example; Belly button high, A-grade fastballs located on any location of the plate.
  • Your player succeeds against below average speed mid range contact zones (in between deep and extended), for example; a hanging slider.

Example 2 L/R: Hitting Chart Cheat Sheet

Let’s say you’ve a guy on your team who matches the following description:

  • Under 6ft 3 in height
  • Bats left and throws right L/R
  • Use a top-hand release follow through
  • Doesn’t stand on top of the plate
  • Average bat speed

From this information we know the following:

  • Your player struggles to hit deep and inside contact zones, especially hard and inside, for example; above average fastball, up-and-inside.
  • Your player succeeds against extended contact zones, regardless of location or speed. Especially, knee high fastballs down the middle of the plate.

Example 3 R/R: Hitting Chart Cheat Sheet

Let’s say you’ve a guy on your team who matches the following description:

  • Under 6ft 3 in height
  • Bats and throws right R/R
  • Use a 2-handed grip follow through for every swing
  • Doesn’t stand on top of the plate
  • Average bat speed

From this information we know the following:

  • Your player struggles against extended contact zones toward the outer part of home plate, especially low and outside, for example, low fastballs located on the outer third of home plate.
  • Your player’s most successful against higher and mid-range (in between deep and extended) contact zones, for example: Below average belt-high fastballs or hanging off-speed pitches.

Part 3a: Technique

Explosive Core Drills

Mechanics For Deeper Contact Zones. Commonly Referred To As Rotational Hitting.

Strength + Speed + Technique = Explosive Core Power

  • Coach your players the perfect rotational mechanics and unlock the explosive power of their core.
  • Takes care of coaching the most difficult swing mechanics: Sports Precise training guides your players to the shortest swing path by keeping their hands inside the ball, allowing your players to focus on the easy task of generating power from their core.
  • Bridge to your core: Our elasticized strap connects your back arm to your core, coaching the perfect swing mechanics to maximize the transfer of core power to your swing.

How to wear for team drills: Both arms inserted into your Laser Strap Bat Speed Trainer.

Part 3b: Technique

Powerful Extension

Mechanics For Extended Contact Zones. Commonly Referred To As Linear-To-Rotational Hitting Or Torque.

  • Coach the extra piece to the power hitting equation needed for extended contact zones… momentum!
Strength + Speed + Technique + Momentum = Powerful Extension.
  • The Laser Strap Bat Speed Trainer guides your team to powerful extension… all the time, every time.
The elasticized strap provides your players with serious bat whip, generated from releasing tension after they load and separate with the back elbow.
  • After which, speed and core strength is transferred to your players lead/bottom-hand giving them momentum to hit the low or extended pitch location for power.
